Tasked to support an internal marketing and creative team i4D co-designed all aspects of this large global pipeline acceleration event. Managing several events within the event the team developed a creative strategy that included dynamic keynotes, technology demos, partner logistics, event branding, message alignment, attendee logistics, and entertainment. Working in a challenging environment the team developed a logistical and engineering approach to transform the GWCC, Philips Arena, and multiple support venues with on-brand messaging, scenery, staging, and production support.

Called upon for its expertise in custom fabrication and execution i4D worked closely with Bright Street Studios and corporate sports and marketing heavyweights The Works London to transform the city of San Jose and its premier sports and entertainment facility into a unique SAP experience. As title sponsor SAP looked to raise the bar and create an experience unlike any other on the professional tour. This called for out of the box thinking and a departure from conventional branding properties. Everything was designed and purpose built to showcase the SAP brand and enhance the existing venue. The end result was an arena that was unmistakably SAP with a level of fit and finish that appeared to be part of the building and not an event specific installation.

"When the best of the best gather to celebrate the amazing achievements of the past year, an event that equals or exceeds their performance is expected." That was the assignment, and that was the result. Over a four-day period the attendees of this one of a kind conference were treated to world-class service, cuisine, activities, and entertainment. i4D and local DMC Weil and Associates worked hand in hand with the Grand Wailea to design and execute a program that not only complimented but reinforced the hotel's signature Five Diamond service. To continue the theme of world class service, upon returning home attendees were greeted with a personal link to a custom built photo website and were able to immediately share their experience with friends, families, and colleagues.

Bringing together VIP customers and top corporate
executives is often a logistical challenge. Taking
it to the streets quickly became the inspiration
for this multi city, multi venue series of events.
With a customer base extending from coast to
coast, and a home office somewhere in the middle
of it
all, four strategic venues were selected in four
major metropolitan cities. With no two venues alike,
a flexible, adaptable, and transportable design
was implemented to support celebrity speakers Cal
Riken, Jr. Peter Ueberroth, and Bob Costas. Messaging
was developed to provide a common thread along
with custom properties and media to showcase a
consistent brand. Tasteful décor and exceptional
cuisine were added to ice the cake. As a special feature
every guest was afforded the unique opportunity to meet
and be photographed with the celebrity speaker. To maintain
the momentum, guests were presented at the end of the evening
with a framed print of their moment with the star. This keepsake
served as a reminder of the wonderful evening and
SAP's comittment to excellence and customer service.
